Just a head’s up that the Library web site will have a different look starting Summer Quarter 2008. The color and design scheme will more closely resemble the main EvCC page.

In observation of Memorial Day, the library will be closed May 24-26, 2008.  We re-open at 7:30 am on Tuesday, May 27.  During the closure, materials can still be returned to the blue book bins outside both library entrances.

It’s now easier than ever to borrow a book not owned by the EvCC Library:
1) Go to OCLC WorldCat/Wayfinder
2) Search for a book by title, author, keyword, or subject.
3) Click on the book’s title to see the full record.
4) Click on the icon about a third of the way down the page that says ILL, […]

For greater convenience and flexibility, the Career Collection books have been changed to a 22-day checkout; they were previously 7-days only.  Most books in the library have a 22-day checkout period.
The Career Collection includes books on specific careers and fields, test prep books, and resume/cover letter/interviewing guides.  They are all included in our online catalog.
